Cancellation Policy for Coworking Space Membership

1. Cancellation Window

Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your membership start date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before your start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your start date are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your membership, please:

• Email us at lasouriante@gmail.com with your booking ID

• Include “Membership Cancellation” in the subject line

• Provide your full name and booking confirmation number

• State your reason for cancellation (optional)

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement

• PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days

4. Membership Modifications

Date Changes: You may request to change your start date up to 48 hours before your original start date, subject to availability.

Membership Type Changes: Changes between weekly and monthly memberships may be possible with price adjustment, contact us to discuss options.

5. Emergency Situations

In case of:

• Medical emergencies

• Family emergencies

• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Please contact us immediately. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative solutions or exceptions to this policy.

6. Facility Closure

If our facility is closed due to:

• Maintenance or repairs

• Government mandates

• Natural disasters

• Other circumstances beyond our control

We will provide equivalent makeup time or a prorated refund for unused days.

7. No-Show Policy

• Failure to use your membership does not entitle you to a refund

• We encourage members to contact us if circumstances prevent them from using their membership

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a cancellation decision:

• Contact our management team within 7 days

• Provide documentation supporting your request

• We will review your case and respond within 3 business days
