Terms of Service for Coworking Space Membership

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership and using our coworking space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Types

Weekly Membership: Provides access to our coworking space for 7 consecutive days from your selected start date.

Monthly Membership: Provides access to our coworking space for 30 consecutive days from your selected start date.

3. Facility Access and Usage

• Members have access to designated coworking areas during posted business hours

• Members must present valid identification and membership confirmation upon request

• Access is non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the registered member

• Members must respect other members and maintain a professional environment

4. Code of Conduct

• Maintain a respectful, professional atmosphere at all times

• Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace

• Clean up after yourself and respect shared spaces

• No unauthorized guests without prior approval

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

5. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities of any kind

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior

• Damage to property or equipment

• Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol on premises

• Loud phone calls or disruptive activities

6. Liability and Insurance

• Members use the facility at their own risk

• We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage

• Members are liable for any damage they cause to our property

• We recommend members maintain their own insurance coverage

7. Privacy and Security

• We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• Security cameras may be in use for safety purposes

• Members are responsible for securing their own belongings

8. Payment Terms

• All memberships must be paid in full at time of booking

• Prices are subject to change with notice

• No refunds except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately for:

• Violation of these terms

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

• Non-payment or fraudulent payment

• Any activity that compromises safety or security

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
